Effect of psychological nursing on anxiety and depression in patients with traumatic thoracolumbar fracture
心理护理对外伤性胸腰椎骨折患者焦虑抑郁情绪的影响

摘要

目的 探讨心理护理对外伤性胸腰椎骨折患者焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。方法 将我院2021年1月～2022年1月100例外伤性胸腰椎骨折患者，双盲随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施常规护理联合心理护理。比较两组护理前后焦虑抑郁情绪、满意度。结果 实验组焦虑抑郁情绪低于对照组，满意度高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 外伤性胸腰椎骨折患者实施常规护理联合心理护理效果确切，可减轻患者焦虑抑郁情绪，提高患者满意度，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing on anxiety and depression in patients with traumatic thoracolumbar fracture.
Methods 100 patients with traumatic thoracolumbar fractures in our hos- pital from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given routine nursing combined with psychological nursing. The anxiety, depression and satisfaction of the two groups were compared before and after nursing.
Results the anxiety and depression in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the satisfaction was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   the effect of routine nursing combined with psycho- logical nursing in patients with traumatic thoracolumbar fracture is accurate. It can reduce patients' anxiety and depression and improve patients' satisfaction, which is worthy of promotion.
