Influence of geriatric nursing combined with medical and nursing care on long-term hospitalized elderly patients with depression
医养结合型老年科护理对长期住院的老年抑郁症患者的影响

摘要

目的 在长期住院的老年抑郁症患者中探讨采用医养结合型老年科护理的影响。方法 研究开展的时间跨度为2021年2月-2022年2月；在该阶段对研究样本进行明确，主要来源于在我院长期住院接受治疗的老年抑郁症患者，选取典型代表74例进行具体分析，采用计算机及相关软件对所有的患者进行编号，并使用软件分组。其中接受常规护理的37例患者分为参照组，另外37例患者护理过程中采用医养结合型老年科护理视为研究组。对两组护理期间的情况进行详细观察与记录，并进行对比分析。结果 进行两组患者护理前后抑郁状态比较，治疗前无明显差异（P＞0.05），治疗后两组改善效果均优于治疗前，其中改善效果最佳的小组为研究组，优势高于参照组（P＜0.05）。进行两组护理效果比较，优良率较高的小组为研究组，其优势较高参照组高（P＜0.05）。结论 对长期住院治疗的老年抑郁症患者采用医养结合型老年科护理，能够有效地改善患者的抑郁状态，对护理效果的提高有着积极作用。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of using medical-nursing integrated geriatric nursing in long- term hospitalized elderly patients with depression.
Methods The time span of the study was from February 2021 to February 2022; at this stage, the research samples were clarified, mainly from elderly patients with depression who were hospitalized in our hospital for long-term treatment, and 74 typical representatives were selected for specific treatment. For analysis, all patients were numbered by computer and related software, and grouped by software. Among them, 37 patients who received routine care were divided into the reference group, and the other 37 patients who received geriatric nursing combined with medical and nursing care were regarded as the research group. Detailed observations and records of the two groups during the nursing period were carried out, and a comparative analysis was carried out.
Results There was no significant difference between the two groups of patients before and after nursing, and there was no significant difference before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, the improvement effect of the two groups was better than that before treatment. The group with the best improvement effect was the research group, and the advantage was higher than that of the reference group. group (P<0.05). Comparing the nursing effect between the two groups, the group with higher excellent and good rate is the research group, and its advantage is higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The use of geriatric nursing combined with medical and nursing care for elderly patients with depression who have been hospitalized for a long time can effectively improve the depression state of the patients, and has a positive effect on the improvement of nursing effect.
