健康教育在眼科护理中的实践与体会

摘要

目的 研究分析眼科护理中健康教育的作用，以此帮助护理人员更好地完成眼科患者护理任务。方法 本次实验跨越2020年6月至2022年3月这一时间段，研究人员对112例眼科患者进行研究。将双盲对照原则作为本次实验所选研究对象的分组依据，研究人员分别采用常规护理、常规护理联合健康教育的方案来完成对照组及实验组所选患者护理任务，记录对照组及实验组所选患者健康知识掌握评分、治疗依从性、对护理工作所持态度，并加以分析比较。结果 对照组及实验组所选患者健康知识掌握评分之间存在着不容忽视的差异，（p＜0.05）；对照组及实验组所选患者中治疗完全依从及部分依从的人数分别为45人及53人，占比分别为80.36%及94.64%，组间患者治疗依从性相关数据加以分析比较，存在着较大的差距，（p＜0.05）；对照组及实验组所选患者中对护理工作持特别认可及一般认可态度的人数分别为43人及54人，占比分别为76.79%及96.43%，组间患者护理认可度加以分析，差异较大，（p＜0.05）。结论 在眼科护理中健康教育发挥着至关重要的作用。

Abstract

Objective To study and analyze the role of health education in ophthalmic nursing, so as to help nurses to better complete the nursing tasks of ophthalmic patients.
Methods: This experiment spanned the time period from June 2020 to March 2022, and researchers studied 112 ophthalmic patients. The double-blind control principle was used as the basis for the grouping of the selected subjects in this experiment. The researchers used routine nursing, routine nursing combined with health education to complete the nursing tasks for the selected patients in the control group and the experimental group, and recorded the control group and the experimental group. The selected patients' health knowledge mastery score, treatment compliance, and attitude towards nursing work were analyzed and compared.
Results: There was a significant difference between the health knowledge mastery scores of the selected patients in the control group and the experimental group (p<0.05); the number of patients in the control group and the experimental group who were fully compliant and partially compliant were 45 respectively. and 53 patients, accounting for 80.36% and 94.64%, respectively. There is a large gap between the groups in the analysis and comparison of the treatment compliance data (p<0.05). The number of people with special approval and general approval attitudes were 43 and 54, accounting for 76.79% and 96.43%, respectively. The analysis of the degree of patient care approval between groups showed a large difference (p<0.05).
Conclusion  : Health education plays a vital role in eye care.
