Pain nursing intervention measures and effects in different time periods after surgery for patients with hand and foot microsurgery
手足显微外科患者术后不同时段的疼痛护理干预措施和效果

摘要

目的 分析探讨手足显微外科患者术后不同时段的疼痛护理干预措施和治疗效果。方法 选取我院2021年接收治疗手足显微外科患者50例为观察对象，根据患者术后不同疼痛程度进行护理干预，将不同时间短患者的疼痛情况以及护理前后的疼痛评分进行比较。结果 在患者术后24h内，12:00-16:00和20: 00-24:00两个时间段内的疼痛喊较为强烈，并且持续时间最长。将疼痛时间大于30分钟的患者与疼痛时间小于30分钟的患者在接受护理前后的疼痛评分进行比较发现，护理前评分差异较小（P＞0.05），护理后疼痛时间大于30分钟患者的评分结果显著高于疼痛时间小于30分钟的患者，数据对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 手足显微外科患者术后12:00-16:00和20:00-24:00时间段内痛感强烈，要及时为患者实施疼痛护理干预，从而降低患者痛感，提高患者依从性。

Abstract

Objective To analyze and explore the pain nursing intervention measures and treatment effects in different periods of postoperative pain in patients with hand and foot microsurgery.
Methods Fifty patients with hand and foot microsurgery in our hospital in 2021 were selected as observation objects. Nursing intervention was carried out according to different pain degrees of patients after operation, and the pain conditions of patients with different time periods and pain scores before and after nursing were compared.
Results Within 24 hours after the operation, the pain shouting was stronger and lasted the longest in the two time periods of 12:00-16:00 and 20:00-24:00. Comparing the pain scores of patients with pain time greater than 30 minutes and patients with pain time less than 30 minutes before and after nursing, it was found that the difference in scores before nursing was small (P>0.05), and the score results of patients with pain more than 30 minutes after nursing It was significantly higher than the patients with pain time less than 30 minutes, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Patients with hand and foot microsurgery have strong pain during the period of 12:00-16:00 and 20:00-24:00 after surgery, and pain nursing intervention should be implemented for patients in time to reduce pain and improve patient compliance.
