Analysis of the effect of hospice nursing on the nursing of terminal cancer patients in tumor ward
安宁疗护在肿瘤病房临终癌症病人护理中的效果分析

摘要

目的 分析应用安宁疗护在肿瘤晚期患者护理中的应用效果分析，观察患者的生命尊严和生活质量。方法 参选患者为78例，均为在我院进行治疗的肿瘤晚期患者，参选患者的疾病选取时间为2020年2月1日-2021年1月31日，采用随机数字表法的方式将患者进行分组，分别为对照组和实验组，对照组使用常规护理，有患者人数为39例，实验组应用安宁疗护，参选患者人数为39例，分析护理后患者的临床效果。结果 实验组患者生命尊严优于对照组，数据对比存在差异（P＜0.05）。实验组生活质量明显高于对照组，两组数据进行比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），实验组患者的负性情绪（焦虑与抑郁的评分）显著优于对照组，数据对比存在显著差异（P＜0.05）。结论 对肿瘤晚期患者开展安宁疗护疗效较好，能够改善患者的负性情绪，提高患者的生命尊严，值得在临床中广泛推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of hospice nursing in the nursing of patients with advanced cancer, and observe the life dignity and quality of life of patients.
Methods There were 78 candidates, all of whom were advanced tumor patients treated in our hospital. The disease selection time of the candidates was February 1, 2020-January 31, 2021. The patients were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method. A total of 39 patients were selected to analyze the clinical effects of nursing patients.
Results The life dignity of patients in the experimental group was better than that in the control group, and there was a difference in data comparison (P<0.05). The quality of life in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The negative emotion (anxiety and depression score) in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group, and there was a significant difference in data comparison (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Hospice therapy for patients with advanced tumors has good efficacy, can improve patients' negative emotions, improve patients' dignity of life, and is worthy of widespread application in clinical practice.
