摘要
目的 探讨中医健康教育路径在肛周脓肿手术患者中的应用效果。方法 将我院2021年1月-11月期间收治的120例肛周脓肿手术患者作为研究对象，随机分成对照组和观察组各60例。对照组采用常规健康教育模式，观察组实施中医健康教育路径。出院时对两组患者的健康教育效果、护理满意度进行比对分析。结果 观察组患者健康教育效果以及护理满意度均优于对照组患者，数据差异存在统计学意义，P<0.05。结论 肛周脓肿手术患者应用中医健康教育路径能够提高患者对健康知识的掌握、情绪调节能力及自我护理能力，降低并发症；同时患者护理满意度得以提升，对患者病情康复有非常积极的影响。

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine health education path in patients with perianal abscess. Methods 120 patients with perianal abscess treated in our hospital from January to November 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group adopted the routine health education mode, and the observation group implemented the path of traditional Chinese medicine health education. The effect of health education and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed at the time of discharge. Results the effect of health education and nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the data difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion the application of traditional Chinese medicine to patients with anal abscess can improve their ability of health care and self-regulation of anal abscess; At the same time, the patient's nursing satisfaction is improved, which has a very positive impact on the patient's condition recovery.
