日间化疗病房医护一体化管理模式的实施分析

摘要

目的 研究日间化疗病房医护一体化管理模式的实施方式。方法 确定医院日间化疗收治的对象，明确患者诊疗过程中的流程，基于传统的管理模式开展创新，对新型的管理模式进行优化与改良，实现日间化疗病房医护一体化管理模式的创新。结果 根据数据研究可知，日间病房在医务人员配置方面能够节省传统配置约50%的人力资源成本。且日常病房轮换工作也由1次上升至2-3次，每月收治的患者由传统管理机制的200-300人上升至900人。结论 日间化疗病房医护一体化管理模式在综合性医院实施，能够给予患者更好的诊疗感受，且节省大量的化疗成本，缓解了肿瘤患者化疗难的现状，提升患者以及家属的诊疗满意度。

Abstract

Objective To study the implementation of the integrated management model of medical and nursing care in day chemotherapy wards.
Methods Determine the objects of hospital day chemotherapy admission, clarify the process of patients' diagnosis and treatment, carry out innovation based on the traditional management model, optimize and improve the new management model, and realize the innovation of the integrated management model of the day chemotherapy ward.
Results According to the data research, the day ward can save about 50% of the cost of human resources in the traditional allocation of medical staff. In addition, the daily ward rotation work has also increased from 1 to 2-3 times, and the number of patients admitted each month has increased from 200-300 in the traditional management mechanism to 900.
Conclusion   The integrated management mode of medical and nursing care in day chemotherapy wards is implemented in general hospitals, which can give patients a better diagnosis and treatment experience, save a lot of chemotherapy costs, alleviate the current situation of difficult chemotherapy for cancer patients, and improve the diagnosis and treatment satisfaction of patients and their families.
