The role of problem-oriented pipeline nursing in patients with gastric cancer complicated with diabetes mellitus after PICC chemotherapy
以问题导向的管道护理在胃癌合并糖尿病术后PICC置管化疗患者中的作用

摘要

目的 研究和探讨以问题导向的管道护理在胃癌合并糖尿病术后PICC置管化疗患者中的作用。方法 择取的研究对象为我院2021年1月至2021年12月期间所收治的52例胃癌合并糖尿病患者，按照随机数字抽样的方式将患者分为观察组（以问题导向的管道护理）和对照组（常规管道护理），每组各26例，对比两组患者的置管成功率、管道留置时间、患者疼痛评分、术后并发症发生率（伤口感染、静脉炎、管道堵塞）以及护理满意度。结果 经过不同的护理干预后，观察组患者的置管成功率、管道留置时间以及护理满意度均明显高于对照组，且观察组患者的疼痛评分、伤口感染、静脉炎、管道堵塞等术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组，且数据经过对比差异显著，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对胃癌合并糖尿病术后PICC置管化疗患者采取以问题导向的管道护理具有更好的临床效果，能够明显提高患者的置管成功率、管道留置时间以及护理满意度，降低患者的疼痛评分、术后并发症发生率，值得临床推广和借鉴采用。

Abstract

Objective To study and explore the effect of problem-oriented pipeline nursing in patients with gastric cancer complicated with diabetes after PICC chemotherapy.
Methods The selected research subjects were 52 patients with gastric cancer complicated with diabetes who were treated in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021. The patients were divided into observation group (problem-oriented pipeline nursing) according to random number sampling. and the control group (conventional pipeline care), with 26 cases in each group, to compare the success rate of catheterization, catheter indwelling time, patient pain score, postoperative complication rate (wound infection, phlebitis, catheter blockage) and Nursing satisfaction.
Results After different nursing interventions, the success rate of catheter placement, pipeline indwelling time and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the data were significantly different after comparison, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The problem-oriented pipeline nursing for patients with gastric cancer complicated with diabetes after PICC catheter chemotherapy has better clinical effect, which can significantly improve the success rate of catheter placement, pipeline indwelling time and nursing satisfaction, and reduce the pain score of patients. The incidence of postoperative complications is worthy of clinical promotion and reference.
