Influence of evidence-based clinical nursing pathway on complications in patients with cataract and laucoma during perioperative period
循证理论的临床护理路径在白内障合并青光眼患者围术期中对并发症的影响

摘要

目的 探究分析循证理论的临床护理路径在白内障合并青光眼患者围术期中对并发症的影响。方法 选取于2021年5月-2021年12月，我院收治的白内障合并青光眼患者共50例，作为本次研究对象。按照电脑盲选的方式，将50例患者随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规护理的护理模式进行干预；观察组采用临床护理路径的护理模式进行干预。对比分析对照组与观察组的并发症发生率、眼部各项指标。结果 经护理干预后，观察组在并发症发生率、眼部各项指标方面明显优于对照组，其中（P＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论 对白内障合并青光眼患者，采用临床护理路径的护理模式进行干预，能有效降低患者并发症发生率，改善其眼部各项指标，在临床应用中具有优良的效果，值得推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based clinical care path on complications in cataract and glaucoma patients.
Methods A total of 50 patients with cataract and glaucoma admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.According to the computer-blind selection method, 50 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group adopts the nursing mode of routine care; the observation group adopts the nursing mode of clinical nursing path.The incidence of complications and ocular indicators of the control and observation groups were analyzed.
Results After nursing intervention, the incidence of complications and ocular indicators in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the difference was statistically significant.
Conclusion   For patients with cataract and glaucoma, the nursing model of clinical nursing pathway can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and improve various ocular indicators. It has excellent results in clinical application and is worthy of promotion and application.
