Midwives focus on the effectiveness of nursing in relieving maternal labor pain
助产士针对护理在缓解产妇分娩疼痛中的效果

摘要

目的 讨论研究在缓解产妇分娩疼痛中开展助产士针对护理工作的价值作用。方法 将2020年1月到2022年1月期间院内的100例产妇纳入研究范围，利用随机分配法划分为对照组（接受常规基础护理）、观察组（接受常规基础联合助产士针对护理），对比两组剖宫产率、自然分娩率、视觉模拟疼痛评分，对比两组产妇护理前后心理状态评分变化情况。结果 观察组整体剖宫产率明显低于对照组、自然分娩率明显高于对照组、视觉模拟疼痛评分明显低于对照组，P<0.05，有统计学差异。两组护理前心理状态评分之间差异无统计学含义，P>0.05，护理后观察组整体心理状态评分明显比对照组更具优势，P<0.05，有统计学差异。结论 在缓解产妇分娩疼痛中开展助产士针对护理工作有着较高价值，可以减轻患者生理疼痛感，对产妇心理状态产生积极影响。

Abstract

Objective to discuss and study the value of midwives' nursing work in alleviating maternal delivery pain.
Methods 100 pregnant women in the hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were included in the study. They were randomly divided into control group (receiving routine basic nursing) and observation group (receiving routine basic nursing combined with midwife specific nursing). The cesarean section rate, natural delivery rate and visual analog pain score of the two groups were compared, and the changes of psychological state scores of the two groups before and after nursing were compared.
Results the overall cesarean section rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the natural delivery rate was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the visual analog pain score was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups before nursing, P > 0.05. After nursing, the overall psychological state score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, P < 0.05.
Conclusion   it is of high value to carry out midwives' nursing work in alleviating parturient pain, which can reduce the physiological pain of patients and have a positive impact on the psychological state of parturients.
