The value of intensive pain nursing in postoperative nursing of patients with lung cancer
强化疼痛护理在肺癌患者术后护理中的价值

摘要

目的 讨论研究在肺癌患者术后护理中强化疼痛护理工作的价值作用。方法 将2020年4月到2022年4月期间院内的140例肺癌患者纳入研究范围，利用随机分配法划分为对照组（接受常规基础护理）、观察组（接受常规基础护理、强化疼痛护理），对比两组患者护理前后视觉模拟疼痛评分，对比两组患者护理前后心理状态评分，对比两组患者对护理工作满意情况。结果 护理前两组患者各项数据信息之间差异无统计学含义（P>0.05），护理后观察组整体视觉模拟疼痛评分、心理状态评分、对护理工作满意情况等相关数据信息明显比对照组更具优势，P<0.05，有统计学差异。结论 在肺癌患者术后护理中强化疼痛护理工作能够有效减轻患者生理与心理负担，为患者提供更为满意的护理服务。

Abstract

Objective To discuss the value of strengthening pain nursing in postoperative nursing of patients with lung cancer.
Methods From April 2020 to April 2022, 140 patients with lung cancer in the hospital were included in the research scope, and divided into control group (receiving routine basic care) and observation group (receiving routine basic care and intensive pain care) by random assignment method. , compare the visual analog pain scores before and after nursing in the two groups, compare the psychological state scores before and after nursing in the two groups, and compare the satisfaction of the two groups of patients with nursing work.
Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference between the two groups of data and information (P>0.05). After nursing, the overall visual analog pain score, psychological state score, satisfaction with nursing work and other related data information in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group. The group is more dominant, P<0.05, there is a statistical difference.
Conclusion   Strengthening pain nursing in postoperative nursing of patients with lung cancer can effectively reduce the physical and psychological burden of patients, and provide patients with more satisfactory nursing services.
