Influence of comprehensive nursing on treatment compliance and quality of life in patients with prostatitis
综合性护理对前列腺炎患者治疗依从性与生活质量的影响研究

摘要

目的 探讨前列腺炎患者在治疗过程中给与综合性护理干预，对患者依从性及生活质量的干预意义。方法 试验者是2020.04至2022.04此阶段内，在我院接受对症治疗的前列腺炎病患共计90例，根据随机数字表法均分作2组，治疗期间对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用综合性护理，对比两组生活质量及治疗依从性指标差异。结果 经对组间治疗依从性进行比较，观察组遵医嘱用药、康复行为及定期复查指标均比对照组高，P＜0.05；经对组间生活质量进行比较，观察组综合、环境、心理、社会及躯体领域评分均比对照组高，P＜0.05。结论 治疗期间采用综合护理干预，可对病患依从性进行有效提升的同时，还能起到改善病患生活质量的作用，适宜基层医院推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the significance of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of patients with prostatitis on patients' compliance and quality of life.
Methods the subjects were 90 patients with prostatitis who received symptomatic treatment in our hospital from April 2020 to April 2022. They were divided into two groups according to the random number table. During the treatment, the control group received routine nursing and the observation group received comprehensive nursing. The differences of quality of life and treatment compliance indexes between the two groups were compared.
Results after comparing the treatment compliance between the groups, the indexes of medication compliance, rehabilitation behavior and regular reexamination in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05); By comparing the quality of life between the groups, the scores of comprehensive, environmental, psychological, social and physical fields in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   comprehensive nursing intervention during treatment can not only effectively improve patients' compliance, but also improve patients' quality of life. It is suitable for reference in grass-roots hospitals and can be popularized.
