Analysis of the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing pathway in perioperative nursing of patients with limb fractures
中医护理路径在四肢骨折患者围手术期护理中的应用效果分析

摘要

目的 探讨中医护理路径在四肢骨折患者围手术期护理举措开展后的临床实际获益。方法 纳入2024年5月-2025年5月于本院接受手术处置的60例四肢骨折病例为观察样本，依托随机数字表实施病例的分组分配。对照组执行四肢骨折围术期标准化西医照护方案，观察组于对照组照护前提下叠加中医护理路径开展针对性处置。比较两组康复指标、疼痛程度及并发症发生率。结果 观察组术后下地活动、骨折骨性愈合的时长均较对照组缩短；干预前，两组视觉模拟评分法（VAS）疼痛评分对比无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；干预7天后，两组VAS评分均呈下降态势，观察组评分水平相较对照组更低；相较于对照组，观察组总发生率更低（P＜0.05）。结论 中医护理路径应用于四肢骨折患者围手术期护理中，可有效减轻患者术后疼痛，缩短康复进程，降低并发症发生率，具有较高的临床推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical benefits of traditional Chinese medicine nursing pathway in perioperative nursing measures for patients with limb fractures.
Methods Sixty cases of limb fractures that underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from May 2024 to May 2025 were included as observation samples, and the case grouping was implemented based on a random number table. The control group received standardized Western medical care during the perioperative period for limb fractures, while the observation group received targeted treatment by combining traditional Chinese medicine nursing pathways with the care of the control group. Compared the rehabilitation indicators, pain levels, and incidence of complications between two groups.
Results The observation group had a shorter duration of postoperative ground movement and fracture bone healing compared to the control group; Before intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) pain scores between the two groups (P>0.05); After 7 days of intervention, both groups showed a decreasing trend in VAS scores, with the observation group scoring lower than the control group; Compared to the control group, the observation group had a lower overall incidence rate (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of the TCM nursing pathway in the perioperative care of patients with limb fractures can effectively relieve postoperative pain, shorten the recovery process, and reduce the incidence of complications, demonstrating high clinical promotion value.
