Discussion on the influencing factors of routine coagulation and blood routine test results and effective methods to control variation
凝血常规、血常规检验结果的影响因素以及控制变异的有效方法探讨

摘要

目的 分析凝血常规、血常规检验结果的影响因素及控制变异的有效方法。方法 以2024年10月-2025年10月收治的行凝血常规与血常规检验的患者作为研究对象，共40例，回顾性分析患者的资料，讨论标本采集、储存运输、检验操作以及患者自身状况等因素对检验结果的影响，在此基础上制定个性化的控制措施。结果 凝血常规、血常规检验结果的影响因素存在差异（P＜0.05）；控制变异措施实施后，凝血常规指标与血常规指标的变异系数均低于实施前，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 针对凝血常规、血常规检验结果的影响因素采取针对性的控制措施，可降低检验结果的变异，提高检验结果的准确性与可靠性，为临床疾病诊治提供可靠参考。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the influencing factors of routine coagulation and blood tests and explore effective methods for controlling variability.
Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 40 patients (October 2024-October 2025) who underwent coagulation and blood tests. Data were analyzed to evaluate the impact of specimen collection, storage/transportation, testing procedures, and patient conditions on test results. Based on this analysis, personalized control measures were developed.
Results Significant differences were observed in the influencing factors of coagulation and blood test results (P<0.05). After implementing control measures, the coefficient of variation for both indicators showed statistically significant reduction (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Targeted control measures addressing the influencing factors of coagulation and blood tests can reduce variability, improve accuracy and reliability of test results, and provide reliable references for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
