摘要
目的 分析在社区老年慢性病患者中开展优质护理服务的应用效果。方法 选取我社区医院管辖范围内的老年慢性病患者60例作为分析对象，运用随机数字表法将入选病例分成观察组和对照组，每组各有30例，对照组给予社区常规护理，观察组开展社区优质护理服务，对比分析两组取得的护理效果。结果 护理后，观察组患者对慢性病知识掌握度、日常自我管理能力以及遵医用药行为与对照组相比均得到显著提高，慢性病控制效果以及生活质量评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对社区老年慢性病患者及时开展社区优质护理服务，能够进一步提升社区护理服务质量，增强患者对慢性病的认知度以及重视度，提高自我管理能力和慢性病控制效果，改善患者生活质量。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of providing high-quality nursing services to elderly patients with chronic diseases in the community. Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with chronic diseases under the jurisdiction of our community hospital were selected as the subjects for analysis. Using a random number table, the selected cases were divided into an observation group and a control group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group received routine community nursing, while the observation group received high-quality community nursing services. Nursing outcomes between the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After nursing intervention, patients in the observation group showed significant improvement in their knowledge of chronic diseases, daily self-management abilities, and adherence to prescribed medication compared to the control group. Chronic disease control outcomes and quality of life scores were both higher in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Providing timely high-quality nursing services to elderly patients with chronic diseases in the community can further enhance the quality of community nursing services, increase patients’ awareness and attention to chronic diseases, improve self-management abilities and disease control outcomes, and enhance patients’ quality of life.
