Therapeutic effect of Baofukang suppository in the treatment of vaginitis and its influence on inflammatory factors
保妇康栓辅助在阴道炎中的治疗效果及对炎症因子的影响

摘要

目的 探讨阴道炎治疗中保妇康栓辅助治疗的效果以及对炎症因子的影响。方法 选取2023年2月至2024年12月诊治的阴道炎患者68例，随机分为观察组（保妇康栓辅助雌激素软膏治疗）和对照组（雌激素软膏）各34例，对比效果。结果 治疗后，观察组疼痛、白带异常、异味、瘙痒各项症状评分均低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组C反应蛋白、降钙素原、白细胞介素-6、高度异质性蛋白等炎症因子水平均低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率5.88%，低于对照组的11.76%（P>0.05）。结论 保妇康栓辅助雌激素软膏治疗阴道炎，可显著改善患者临床症状，有效下调炎症因子水平，且不会增加不良反应风险，临床应用安全性与有效性均佳。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Baofukang Suppository as an adjuvant therapy in the treatment of vaginitis and its impact on inflammatory factors.
Methods A total of 68 patients with vaginitis diagnosed and treated from February 2023 to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group (Baofukang Suppository combined with estrogen ointment) and a control group (estrogen ointment), with 34 cases in each group, respectively. The therapeutic effects were compared.
Results After treatment, the scores for pain, abnormal vaginal discharge, odor, and pruritus in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of inflammatory factors such as C-reactive protein (CRP), procalcitonin, interleukin-6 (IL-6), and high heterogeneity protein in the observation group were also significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.88%, lower than that in the control group (11.76%) (P>0.05).
Conclusion   The combination of Baofukang Suppository and estrogen ointment in the treatment of vaginitis can significantly improve clinical symptoms, effectively reduce inflammatory factor levels, and does not increase the risk of adverse reactions. Both the safety and efficacy of this clinical application are excellent.
