优质护理服务在整形美容门诊中的应用价值

摘要

目的 探究优质护理服务在整形美容门诊中的临床应用效果与推广价值。方法 选取2024年1月-2024年12月本院整形美容门诊收治的200例求美者为研究对象，随机分为对照组与观察组，各100例。对照组实施门诊常规护理，观察组开展术前、术中、术后全流程优质精细化护理干预。对比两组求美者护理满意度、焦虑情绪评分及术后并发症发生情况。结果 干预后，观察组护理总满意度97.00%，显著高于对照组82.00%；观察组SAS焦虑评分低于对照组，且术后并发症发生率4.00%明显低于对照组18.00%，各项组间差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在整形美容门诊中应用优质护理服务，可有效缓解求美者术前焦虑情绪，降低术后并发症发生风险，提升整体护理满意度，改善就医体验，符合现代医美门诊高质量服务需求，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical application effect and promotion value of high-quality nursing services in plastic surgery and cosmetic clinics.
Methods 200 beauty seekers admitted to the plastic surgery and cosmetic clinic of our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 100 cases in each group. The control group received routine outpatient care, while the observation group received high-quality and refined nursing interventions throughout the entire process of preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care. Compare the nursing satisfaction, anxiety scores, and incidence of postoperative complications between two groups of beauty seekers.
Results After the intervention, the overall satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 97.00%, significantly higher than that in the control group (82.00%); The SAS anxiety score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower at 4.00% compared to 18.00% in the control group. The differences between the groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of high-quality nursing services in plastic surgery and beauty clinics can effectively alleviate preoperative anxiety, reduce the risk of postoperative complications, improve overall nursing satisfaction, and enhance the medical experience. It meets the high-quality service needs of modern medical beauty clinics and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
