Impact of staged rehabilitation nursing based on accelerated recovery surgery concept on neurological function of patients with traumatic brain injury
基于加速康复外科理念的阶梯式康复护理对颅脑外伤患者神经功能的影响

摘要

目的 分析基于加速康复外科理念的阶梯式康复护理对颅脑外伤患者的影响。方法 选取2025年1月-2025年12月我院收治的100例颅脑外伤患者，按照不同护理方式分为两组，对比常规护理（对照组，n=50）与基于加速康复外科理念的阶梯式康复护理（观察组，n=50）的临床效果。结果 观察组干预后上肢、下肢Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel评分、生活质量评分均高于对照组，美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表（NIHSS）评分低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组并发症发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 颅脑外伤患者基于加速康复外科理念开展阶梯式康复护理，可以改善神经功能缺损，提升日常生活自理能力以及肢体运动功能，降低并发症发生率，达到更高的生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the impact of staged rehabilitation nursing based on the concept of accelerated recovery surgery on patients with traumatic brain injury.
Methods 100 patients with traumatic brain injury admitted to our hospital from January 2025 to December 2025 were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods. The clinical effects of conventional nursing (control group, n=50) and staged rehabilitation nursing based on the concept of accelerated recovery surgery (observation group, n=50) were compared.
Results After intervention, the Fugl-Meyer scores, Barthel scores, quality of life scores of the upper and lower limbs in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); the complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   For patients with traumatic brain injury, staged rehabilitation nursing based on the concept of accelerated recovery surgery can improve neurological functional deficits, enhance daily living self-care ability and limb movement function, reduce the incidence of complications, and achieve a higher quality of life.
