Impact of position management nursing combined with precision fluid therapy on prognosis in patients with acute myocardial infarction
体位管理护理联合液体精细化护理对急性心肌梗死患者预后的影响

摘要

目的 探究对急性心肌梗死患者，实施体位管理护理联合液体精细化护理，对患者预后的影响。方法 研究对象：急性心肌梗死患者30例，研究时间：2025年1月-2026年1月，分组方式：随机数字表法分组，对照组15例，常规护理，观察组15例，体位管理护理联合液体精细化护理，对比护理效果。结果 患者心功能指标、住院相关指标、并发症发生率及护理满意度比较，观察组更具优势（P＜0.05）。结论 对急性心肌梗死患者，实施体位管理护理联合液体精细化护理，可有效改善患者心功能，缩短住院时间，降低并发症发生风险，提升护理满意度，有助于患者预后改善，效果显著，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effects of implementing position management nursing combined with precision fluid therapy on the prognosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI).
Methods Study subjects included 30 AMI patients from January 2025 to January 2026, randomized into two groups using a random number table: a control group (n=15) receiving conventional nursing care and an observation group (n=15) receiving position management nursing combined with precision fluid therapy. Nursing outcomes were compared.
Results The observation group demonstrated superior performance in cardiac function parameters, hospitalization-related metrics, complication rates, and nursing satisfaction (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementation of position management nursing combined with precision fluid therapy significantly improves cardiac function, reduces hospital stay duration, lowers complication risks, enhances nursing satisfaction, and promotes better patient prognosis in AMI patients, demonstrating remarkable efficacy and warranting widespread adoption.
