摘要
目的 观察中医外治法应用于急性胰腺炎患者护理中的实际效果，分析其对改善患者肠内营养喂养不耐受、促进肠道功能恢复的应用价值。方法 选取2024年3月至2026年3月本院收治的88例急性胰腺炎且存在肠内营养喂养不耐受的患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组与观察组，各44例。对照组实施常规胰腺炎护理及肠内营养支持干预，观察组在常规护理基础上增加中医外治法联合生大黄泡饮综合护理。对比两组喂养不耐受症状发生情况及肠道功能恢复时间。结果 观察组总发生率明显低于对照组；观察组首次排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、营养耐受达标时间均短于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 西学中护理理念，对急性胰腺炎肠内营养喂养不耐受患者辅以中医外治法联合生大黄泡饮综合护理，能够切实改善患者胃肠动力，减少喂养不良反应，加快肠道功能恢复，提升肠内营养耐受水平，适合在临床中推广使用。

Abstract
Objective To observe the actual effect of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment methods applied in the nursing of patients with acute pancreatitis, and analyze its application value in improving patients’ enteral nutrition feeding intolerance and promoting intestinal function recovery. Methods 88 patients with acute pancreatitis and enteral nutrition intolerance admitted to our hospital from March 2024 to March 2026 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 44 cases in each group. The control group received routine pancreatitis care and enteral nutrition support intervention, while the observation group received a combination of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment methods and comprehensive care of Sheng Da Huang Pao Yin on the basis of routine care. Compare the occurrence of feeding intolerance symptoms and the recovery time of intestinal function between two groups. Results The total incidence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group; The first exhaust time, bowel sound recovery time, and nutritional tolerance compliance time of the observation group were all shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing concept in Western medicine, combined with traditional Chinese medicine external treatment methods and Sheng Da Huang Pao Yin comprehensive nursing for patients with acute pancreatitis and enteral nutrition intolerance, can effectively improve gastrointestinal motility, reduce feeding adverse reactions, accelerate intestinal function recovery, and enhance enteral nutrition tolerance. It is suitable for clinical promotion and use.
