Observation on the effect of auricular point pressing beans combined with conventional care on blood pressure control in hypertensive patients
耳穴压豆联合常规护理对高血压患者血压控制的效果观察

摘要

目的 观察在高血压患者中开展耳穴压豆联合常规护理对其血压控制效果的影响。方法 随机抽取2024年6月至2026年6月期间我院接收的高血压患者200例，分组采取随机数字表法，共分为观察组和对照组各有100例，对照组接受常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上配合耳穴压豆干预，对比分析两组取得的护理效果。结果 护理后，观察组患者的[收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）]血压水平明显低于对照组，焦虑情绪轻于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组，最终生活质量与对照组相比明显提高（P<0.05）。结论 对高血压患者常规护理中配合耳穴压豆干预，可有效提高血压控制效果，减轻患者的焦虑情绪，减少并发症发生，提高患者的生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of conducting auricular point pressing beans combined with conventional care on blood pressure control in hypertensive patients.
Methods 200 hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital from June 2024 to June 2026 were randomly selected. Grouping was done using the random number table method. They were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 100 cases in each group. The control group received conventional care, while the observation group received auricular point pressing beans intervention in addition to conventional care. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.
Results After the nursing, the blood pressure levels [Systolic Blood Pressure (SBP), Diastolic Blood Pressure (DBP)] of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the anxiety level was lower than that in the control group, the complication rate was lower than that in the control group, and the final quality of life was significantly improved compared with the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   In the routine care of hypertensive patients, combining auricular point pressing beans intervention can effectively improve the blood pressure control effect, reduce the anxiety level of patients, reduce the occurrence of complications, and improve the quality of life of patients.
