The impact of strengthened health education combined with clinical nursing pathway on pregnant women with scarred uterus for subsequent pregnancies
强化健康宣教联合临床护理路径对瘢痕子宫再次妊娠分娩产妇的影响

摘要

目的 探析强化健康宣教联合临床护理路径对瘢痕子宫再次妊娠分娩产妇的影响。方法 回顾性分析2025年1月至2025年12月期间，院内70例瘢痕子宫再次妊娠分娩产妇病历资料。2025年1月至2025年6月的35例产妇接受常规护理，作为对照组。2025年7月至2025年12月的35例产妇接受强化健康宣教联合临床护理路径，作为观察组。对比两组妊娠压力状态及不良妊娠结局发生率。结果 护理前两组妊娠压力量表（PPS）评分对比，P＞0.05。护理后观察组PPS评分及不良妊娠结局发生率低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 强化健康宣教联合临床护理路径可显著改善产妇妊娠压力状态及不良妊娠结局发生率，具有良好的应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of strengthened health education combined with clinical nursing pathway on pregnant women with scarred uterus for subsequent pregnancies.
Methods The medical records of 70 pregnant women with scarred uterus for subsequent pregnancies in the hospital from January 2025 to December 2025 were retrospectively analyzed. 35 pregnant women from January 2025 to June 2025 received routine care as the control group. 35 pregnant women from July 2025 to December 2025 received strengthened health education combined with clinical nursing pathway as the observation group. The pregnancy stress status and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared.
Results Before the nursing, the PPS scores of the two groups were compared, and P > 0.05. After the nursing, the Pregnancy Pressure Scale (PPS) scores and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and P < 0.05.
Conclusion   Strengthened health education combined with clinical nursing pathway can significantly improve the pregnancy stress status and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women, and has good application value.
