Analysis of the role of intravenous therapy team nursing model in post-PICC catheterization nursing care of cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy
静疗小组护理模式在肿瘤化疗患者PICC置管后护理中的作用分析

摘要

目的 基于静疗小组的专项护理在化疗肿瘤患者经外周置入中心静脉导管（PICC）置管后的临床应用观察，为优化PICC护理方案、提升护理质量提供实践依据。方法 遴选2024年1月至2025年1月于本院就诊、需行化学治疗且留置PICC管路的100例肿瘤病患为调研样本，经随机分配划分为两个组别，参照组执行基础护理举措，试验组推行静疗专科小组标准化管护方案，统计并比对两组受试者置管相关不良事件出现概率、管路养护知识掌握水准、护理服务评价得分与导管留存周期四项观测指标。结果 观察组导管相关并发症总发生占比明显下降，导管维护知识考核得分、护理满意度评分均得到明显提升，组间对比差异存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 依托静疗专科小组构建的管护体系，能够有效缩减肿瘤化疗群体PICC置管后的不良事件发生概率，提升病患管路养护相关认知水平与护理服务认同度，延长导管体内留存周期，具备突出临床实践意义，适宜临床大范围普及运用。

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical application of specialized nursing based on intravenous therapy teams in post-Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter (PICC) catheterization nursing care of cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy, and to provide practical evidence for optimizing PICC nursing protocols and improving nursing quality.
Methods One hundred cancer patients who underwent chemotherapy and had PICC catheters placed in our hospital from January 2024 to January 2025 were selected as the survey sample. They were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received basic nursing care, while the experimental group implemented a standardized management and care protocol implemented by a specialized intravenous therapy team. The incidence of catheter-related adverse events, knowledge of catheter maintenance, nursing service evaluation scores, and catheter retention period were statistically analyzed and compared between the two groups.
Results The incidence of catheter-related complications in the observation group decreased significantly, and the scores on catheter maintenance knowledge assessment and nursing satisfaction scores both improved significantly. The differences between the groups were statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The nursing system built upon the intravenous therapy specialist team can effectively reduce the probability of adverse events after PICC placement in cancer chemotherapy patients, improve patients’ awareness of catheter maintenance and their acceptance of nursing services, and prolong the catheter’s in-body retention period. It has significant clinical practical value and is suitable for widespread clinical application.
