Discussion on the application effect of evidence-based nursing in postoperative care of patients undergoing posterior cervical spine surgery
循证护理在颈椎后路患者术后护理中的应用效果探讨

摘要

目的 分析循证护理对颈椎后路患者术后护理中的应用效果。方法 使用最小随机分组法对本院2025年1月-2026年3月收治的60例颈椎后路手术患者分成两组（两组各30例），对照组给予术后常规护理，观察组开展术后循证护理，对比两组的护理效果。结果 两组护理后，观察组患者的并发症发生率、颈椎功能评分、疼痛评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05），而观察组的护理满意度评分高于对照组（P＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论 为了更好地加速颈椎后路术后患者的康复进程，在手术后应为患者实施循证护理干预，预防术后并发症的发生，改善患者颈椎功能的康复。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the application effect of evidence-based nursing in postoperative care for patients undergoing posterior cervical spine surgery.
Methods A minimum randomization method was used to divide 60 patients who underwent posterior cervical spine surgery at our hospital between January 2025 and March 2026 into two groups (30 patients each). The control group received routine postoperative care, while the observation group received evidence-based nursing interventions. The nursing outcomes between the two groups were compared.
Results After nursing intervention, the observation group showed significantly lower rates of complications, lower scores for neck function and pain, and higher satisfaction scores than the control group (P < 0.05), with statistically significant differences.
Conclusion   To accelerate recovery in patients after posterior cervical spine surgery, evidence-based nursing interventions should be implemented postoperatively to prevent complications, reduce pain, and improve functional recovery of the cervical spine.
