Analysis of the impact of sterile operation management in the operating room on postoperative incision infection rate
手术室无菌操作管理对术后切口感染率的影响分析

摘要

目的 为了分析手术室无菌操作管理对术后切口感染率的影响。方法 选取2024年6月-2026年4月的开放手术治疗患者病例资料数100例，按照随机分组方式分为对照组和观察组，各50例。对照组实施常规手术室操作管理，观察组在对照组基础上实施手术室无菌操作管理，分析两组患者的手术室管理质量，术后切口感染发生情况和护理满意度。结果 观察组的手术室管理质量优于对照组（p＜0.05），差异有统计学意义；观察组患者的术后切口感染发生率低于对照组（p＜0.05），差异有统计学意义，观察组的管理满意度较对照组高（p＜0.05），差异有统计学意义。结论 手术室无菌操作管理有利于提高手术室管理质量，降低患者的术后切口感染情况，同时提高护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the impact of sterile operation management in the operating room on the postoperative incision infection rate.
Methods A total of 100 cases of open surgery treatment patient data from June 2024 to April 2026 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group implemented routine operating room operation management, and the observation group implemented sterile operation management in the operating room on the basis of the control group. The quality of operating room management, the occurrence of postoperative incision infection, and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed.
Results The quality of operating room management in the observation group was better than that in the control group (p < 0.05), and the difference was statistically significant; the postoperative incision infection rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (p < 0.05), and the difference was statistically significant; the management satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (p < 0.05), and the difference was statistically significant.
Conclusion   Sterile operation management in the operating room is conducive to improving the quality of operating room management, reducing the postoperative incision infection rate of patients, and improving the nursing satisfaction.
