摘要
目的 探讨基于微信平台的延续护理对腹腔镜食管裂孔疝修补术患者的应用效果。方法 选取本院行腹腔镜食管裂孔疝修补术患者86例，随机分为对照组和观察组，各43例，对照组接受常规出院随访，观察组并实施基于微信平台的延续护理，比较两组护理效果。结果 观察组遵医依从性评分、自护能力评分及生活质量评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 基于微信平台的延续护理能够有效提高腹腔镜食管裂孔疝修补术后患者遵医依从性和自护能力，改善生活质量，降低并发症发生率。

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of continuity nursing based on WeChat platform on patients undergoing laparoscopic hiatal hernia repair surgery. Methods 86 patients who underwent laparoscopic hiatal hernia repair surgery in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received routine post-discharge follow-up, while the observation group received continuity nursing based on WeChat platform. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of medical compliance, self-care ability and quality of life in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Continuity nursing based on WeChat platform can effectively improve the medical compliance and self-care ability of patients after laparoscopic hiatal hernia repair surgery, improve the quality of life, and reduce the incidence of complications.
