Analysis of the clinical effect of holistic nursing in pediatric diabetes care and its impact on quality of life
整体护理在小儿糖尿病护理中的临床效果及对生活质量的影响分析

摘要

目的 探讨在小儿糖尿病护理中应用整体护理干预的临床效果及对其生活质量的影响。方法 在2025年1月-2026年1月选取50例糖尿病患儿，根据抽签法分组。对照组用常规护理干预，观察组用整体护理干预。比较2组患儿临床护理效果和生活质量。结果 护理后2组中观察组血糖指标最小，2组对比P＜0.05，有统计学意义；护理后2组中观察组生活质量评分最高，2组对比P＜0.05，有统计学意义。结论 在小儿糖尿病护理中应用整体护理干预效果显著，能有效提升降糖效果和生活质量，值得应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical effect of holistic nursing intervention in the care of pediatric diabetes patients and its impact on their quality of life.
Methods From January 2025 to January 2026, 50 diabetic children were selected and grouped according to the lottery method. The control group received conventional nursing intervention, while the observation group received holistic nursing intervention. The clinical nursing effects and quality of life of the two groups were compared.
Results After nursing, the blood glucose indicators of the observation group were the smallest. The comparison between the two groups showed P < 0.05, which was statistically significant; after nursing, the quality of life score of the observation group was the highest. The comparison between the two groups showed P < 0.05, which was statistically significant.
Conclusion   The application of holistic nursing intervention in pediatric diabetes care has a significant effect, can effectively improve the hypoglycemic effect and quality of life, and is worthy of application.
