Analysis of prevention and nursing strategies for postoperative complications in patients undergoing radical esophagectomy for esophageal cancer
食管癌根治术患者术后并发症预防护理对策分析

摘要

目的 分析针对性并发症预防护理在食管癌根治术病例应用后的临床获益分析。方法 调取本院2023年8月至2025年8月收治的40例食管癌根治术病例资料开展回顾性分析，依据临床实施的护理方案差异划分为两组，各纳入20例，设为观察组、对照组。对照组予以普外科围手术期基础照护；观察组在基础照护前提下，施行以并发症预判防控为核心的个体化护理举措。统计两组病例术后不良事件发生状况，并调查患者对护理服务的主观评价。结果 观察组术后各类不良事件累计发生占比低于对照组，护理服务反馈情况也好于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对食管癌根治术患者围术期开展针对性并发症预防护理，可有效减少术后并发症发生，提升护理满意度，临床应用价值显著，可作为该类手术患者的常规护理方案推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical benefits of targeted complication prevention nursing in patients undergoing esophageal cancer radical surgery.
Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of 40 cases of esophageal cancer radical surgery admitted to our hospital from August 2023 to August 2025. Based on the differences in clinical nursing plans, they were divided into two groups, with 20 cases included as the observation group and the control group. The control group received basic perioperative care in general surgery; Under the premise of basic care, the observation group implemented individualized nursing measures centered on predicting and preventing complications.
Results The cumulative incidence of various adverse events in the observation group after surgery was lower than that in the control group, and the feedback on nursing services was also better than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Targeted complication prevention nursing for patients undergoing radical esophagectomy can effectively reduce postoperative complications, improve nursing satisfaction, and have significant clinical application value. It can be promoted as a routine nursing plan for patients undergoing this type of surgery.
