抚触联合听觉安抚护理在哭闹新生儿静脉穿刺中的应用研究

摘要

目的 探究哭闹新生儿于静脉穿刺期间应用抚触联合听觉安抚护理的所取效果。方法 研究时间2025年1月-2025年12月，选择在上述时间段内需静脉穿刺的哭闹新生儿60人对照研究，根据“随机数字表法”均衡划分为对照组、观察组，分别予以常规护理、抚触联合听觉安抚护理，对比：哭闹时间、新生儿疼痛评分；不同操作时间心率、呼吸频率。结果 护理后，观察组哭闹时间、新生儿疼痛评分、不同操作时间心率、呼吸频率均较对照组有明显改善效果（P<0.05）。结论 予以静脉穿刺的哭闹新生儿抚触联合听觉安抚护理，能积极稳定新生儿生命体征，降低疼痛感及缩短哭闹时间，可借鉴。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of applying touch therapy combined with auditory soothing care on crying newborns during venipuncture.
Methods The study period was from January 2025 to December 2025. Sixty crying newborns who needed venipuncture within this period were selected for a control study. They were evenly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the “random number table method”, and were respectively given routine care and touch therapy combined with auditory soothing care. Comparison: crying time, neonatal pain score; heart rate and respiratory rate at different operation times.
Results After the nursing, the crying time, neonatal pain score, heart rate and respiratory rate at different operation times of the observation group were significantly improved compared with those of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Applying touch therapy combined with auditory soothing care to crying newborns undergoing venipuncture can actively stabilize the vital signs of newborns, reduce pain and shorten the crying time. It can be referred to.
