摘要
目的 探究手术室护理干预对预防全膝关节置换术患者术后感染的影响。方法 抽选本院收治110例全膝关节置换术患者，时间范围2025年1月-2025年12月。随机信封法划分2组各55例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用手术室护理干预。对比术后切口感染、康复指标。结果 对比术后切口感染发生率，观察组相比对照组下降（P＜0.05）。对比首次下床活动时间、切口愈合时间、住院天数，观察组相比对照组缩短（P＜0.05）。结论 手术室护理干预能有效预防全膝关节置换术患者术后切口感染的发生，加快术后康复进程。

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of nursing interventions in the operating room on preventing postoperative infections in patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty. Methods A total of 110 patients who underwent total knee replacement surgery were selected from our hospital from January 2025 to December 2025. The random envelope method was used to divide the patients into two groups of 55 each. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received surgical nursing intervention. Compare postoperative incision infection and rehabilitation indicators. Results The incidence of postoperative incision infection in the observation group decreased compared to the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the observation group had a shorter time for the first time getting out of bed, incision healing time, and length of hospital stay (P<0.05). Conclusion Surgical nursing intervention can effectively prevent the occurrence of incision infection in patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty and accelerate the postoperative recovery process.
