Observation on the application of precise positional care in enhancing the comfort and efficacy of blue light therapy for neonatal jaundice
精细化体位护理对新生儿黄疸蓝光治疗舒适度及疗效的应用观察

摘要

目的 重点探究新生儿黄疸蓝光治疗期间应用精细化体位护理的所取效果。方法 界定研究起止时间为2024年6月-2025年12月，选择在上述时间段内本院就诊的新生儿黄疸蓝光治疗患者60例对照研究，根据随机数字表法均衡划分为对照组、观察组，前者予以常规护理，后者施以精细化体位护理，对比蓝光治疗有效率、临床指标、家属满意度。结果 不同护理模式应用后，观察组临床指标改善效果优于对照组，蓝光治疗有效率、家属满意度较对照组偏高（P<0.05）。结论 予以蓝光治疗黄疸新生儿精细化体位护理，在改善治疗舒适度、疗效以及构建良好护患关系方面具有积极意义，可借鉴。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of applying refined body position care during the blue light treatment for neonatal jaundice.
Methods The study period was defined as June 2024 to December 2025. Sixty neonates with jaundice undergoing blue light treatment in our hospital were selected for the control study. They were evenly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method. The former received routine care, while the latter received refined body position care. The effective rate of blue light treatment, clinical indicators, and family satisfaction were compared.
Results After the application of different nursing models, the improvement effect of clinical indicators in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the effective rate of blue light treatment and family satisfaction were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Applying refined body position care to neonates with jaundice undergoing blue light treatment has positive significance in improving treatment comfort, efficacy, and building a good nurse-patient relationship, and can be used as a reference.
