The effect of high-quality nursing on the improvement of sinus symptoms in patients with allergic rhinitis
优质护理对过敏性鼻炎患者鼻窦症状的改善效果

摘要

目的 探讨优质护理干预对过敏性鼻炎患者鼻窦症状的改善效果，为临床护理方案优化提供参考。方法 选择2025年1月-12月我院收治的52例过敏性鼻炎合并鼻窦症状患者，按照入院顺序分为两组，每组各26例。对照组给予过敏性鼻炎常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上实施优质护理干预，对比两组干预前后鼻窦症状评分、生活质量评分及护理满意度差异。结果 干预后，两组各项鼻窦症状视觉模拟评分（VAS）均低于干预前，观察组干预后鼻塞、流脓涕、头痛、嗅觉减退评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组生理功能、社会功能、情感状态、总体健康评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组护理总满意度为96.15%，高于对照组的76.92%（P＜0.05）。结论 对过敏性鼻炎合并鼻窦症状患者实施优质护理干预，可有效减轻患者鼻窦症状，提升患者生活质量，提高护理满意度，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing intervention on the improvement of sinus symptoms in patients with allergic rhinitis, and to provide a reference for the optimization of clinical nursing plans.
Methods 52 patients with allergic rhinitis and sinus symptoms admitted to our hospital from January to December 2025 were selected and divided into two groups according to the order of admission, with 26 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing for allergic rhinitis, while the observation group received high-quality nursing intervention in addition to the routine care. The differences in sinus symptom scores, quality of life scores, and nursing satisfaction before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.
Results After the intervention, the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) scores of sinus symptoms in both groups were lower than those before the intervention, and the scores of nasal congestion, purulent nasal discharge, headache, and reduced sense of smell in the observation group after the intervention were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). The scores of physiological function, social function, emotional state, and overall health in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.15%, which was higher than 76.92% of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing high-quality nursing intervention for patients with allergic rhinitis and sinus symptoms can effectively alleviate their sinus symptoms, improve their quality of life, and increase nursing satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
