The effect of progressive blood return nursing on the incidence of complications of autologous arteriovenous fistula in maintenance hemodialysis patients
渐进式回血护理对维持性血液透析患者自体动静脉内瘘并发症发生率的影响

摘要

目的 分析维持性血液透析（MHD）患者应用渐进式回血护理对降低自体动静脉内瘘并发症的作用。方法 选取2025年3月-2026年6月至我院就诊的48例MHD患者。应用随机数字表法均分为研究组（渐进式回血护理）、基础组（常规护理），n=24。组间对比内瘘血管功能指标、自体动静脉内瘘并发症发生情况。结果 研究组内瘘血管功能中内瘘血流量、血管内径和血管通畅率水平均高于基础组（P<0.05）；研究组内瘘并发症发生率低于基础组（P<0.05）。结论 MHD患者应用渐进式回血护理能够改善内瘘血管功能指标，降低自体动静脉内瘘并发症发生率，具有临床借鉴价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of progressive blood return nursing on reducing complications of autogenous arteriovenous fistula in maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) patients.
Methods 48 patients with MHD who visited our hospital from March 2025 to June 2026 were selected. Using the random number table method, the patients were divided into a study group (progressive blood transfusion nursing) and a basic group (routine nursing), n=24. Inter group comparison of vascular function indicators and incidence of complications in autogenous arteriovenous fistula.
Results The levels of fistula blood flow, vessel diameter, and vascular patency in the study group were higher than those in the baseline group (P<0.05); The incidence of fistula complications in the study group was lower than that in the baseline group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of progressive revascularization nursing in MHD patients can improve the vascular function indicators of the internal fistula, reduce the incidence of complications of autogenous arteriovenous fistula, and has clinical reference value.
