摘要
目的 分析品管圈干预在提高痰标本留取合格率的效果。方法 本次研究的时间范围2025年12月25日-2026年6月30日，改善前调查总次数为102次，改善后调查总次数为102次，分析管理前后的痰标本留取合格率，明确不合格的相关项目。结果 管理后，实验组痰标本留取合格率优于对照组，p<0.05，不合格的相关项目条目为15条。结论 通过品管圈干预，可以提升痰标本的留取合格率，提高检查的准确性。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of quality control circle intervention on improving the compliance rate of sputum sample collection. Methods The study was conducted from December 25,2025, to June 30,2026; the total number of surveys before improvement was 102, and after improvement was also 102. The compliance rates of sputum sample collection were analyzed before and after implementation, and the specific items with non-compliance were identified. Results After implementation, the compliance rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (p <0.05), with 15 specific items identified as non-compliant. Conclusion Quality control circle intervention can enhance the compliance rate of sputum sample collection and improve diagnostic accuracy.
