摘要
目的 探究集束化预防护理在急性白血病患者粒细胞缺乏期感染中的应用效果。方法 选择2025年4月-2026年3月收治的80例患者进行研究，随机数字表法分成对照组和实验组，各40例，对照组常规管理，实验组集束化预防护理，对比两组患者的临床指标，并发症发生率；评估患者的心理状态。结果 两组患者提供不同的干预措施后，实验组患者临床指标优于对照组，p<0.05，对比患者并发症发生率，实验组低于对照组，p<0.05，对比患者心理状态，实验组优于对照组，p<0.05。结论 对急性白血病患者粒细胞缺乏期感染中提供集束化预防护理可以有效的改善患者的临床指标，降低并发症的产生，稳定患者的心理状态，值得提倡。

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of clustered preventive care in infection during the granulocyte deficiency period of acute leukemia patients. Methods 80 patients admitted from April 2025 to March 2026 were selected for the study. They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine management, while the experimental group received clustered preventive care. The clinical indicators, complication rates of the two groups of patients were compared, and the psychological state of the patients was evaluated. Results After providing different intervention measures to the two groups of patients, the clinical indicators of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, p < 0.05. Compared with the complication rates of the two groups of patients, the experimental group was lower than the control group, p < 0.05. Compared with the psychological state of the two groups of patients, the experimental group was better than the control group, p < 0.05. Conclusion Providing clustered preventive care during the granulocyte deficiency period of acute leukemia patients can effectively improve the clinical indicators of patients, reduce the occurrence of complications, and stabilize the psychological state of patients. It is worthy of promotion.
