Application of family collaborative nursing in secondary prevention of myocardial infarction
家庭协同护理在心梗二级预防中的应用

摘要

目的 家庭协同护理在心梗二级预防中的应用。方法 本次研究对象为本院2025年4月-2026年2月收治的急性心肌梗死且出院患者82例，对患者开展家庭协同护理，对比患者接受护理前、后临床指标改善情况。结果 经过护理后患者血脂水平显著改善，结果优于护理前（P＜0.05），有统计学意义。护理后患者的自我行为管理指标显著提升、纽约心脏病协会（NYHA）心功能分级显著下降，对比护理前（P＜0.05），有统计学意义。此外，患者综合服药依从率为97.56%。结论 家庭协同护理方式可优化心梗患者居家康复管理，患者服药依从性较高、心功能改善结果理想，能够提升患者自我管理能力，可推广。

Abstract

Objective To apply family collaborative nursing in the secondary prevention of myocardial infarction.
Methods The research subjects of this study were 82 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted and discharged from our hospital from April 2025 to February 2026. Family collaborative nursing was provided to the patients, and the improvement of clinical indicators before and after receiving nursing was compared.
Results After nursing, the patient’s blood lipid levels significantly improved, and the results were better than before nursing (P<0.05), with statistical significance. After nursing, the patient’s self behavior management indicators significantly improved and the New York Heart Association (NYHA) heart function grading significantly decreased, with statistical significance compared to before nursing (P<0.05). In addition, the comprehensive medication compliance rate of patients was 97.56%.
Conclusion   Family collaborative nursing can optimize home rehabilitation management for myocardial infarction patients, with high medication compliance and ideal results in improving heart function. It can enhance patients’ self-management ability and can be promoted.
