摘要
目的 评价运动主导下医护康一体化护理对骨科术后功能恢复的影响效果以及价值。方法 将2025年1月-2026年1月内收治的110例骨科手术患者按随机数字表法分为对照组（55例）与观察组（55例），对照组接受常规护理，观察组接受运动主导下医护康一体化护理，对比护理效果。结果 护理后，观察组患者整体运动功能、患肢运动功能及生活质量评分更高、术后疼痛程度以及并发症发生率更低，对比对照组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 针对骨科手术患者采取运动主导下医护康一体化护理可改善患者术后疼痛，促进肢体及运动功能恢复，具有应用价值。

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and value of exercise-dominated integrated medical-nursing-rehabilitation care for postoperative functional recovery in orthopedic patients. Methods A total of 110 orthopedic surgery patients admitted between January 2025 and January 2026 were randomly divided into a control group (55 cases) and an observation group (55 cases) using a random number table. The control group received conventional nursing care, while the observation group received exercise-dominated integrated medical-nursing-rehabilitation care; the therapeutic outcomes were compared. Results After intervention, the observation group demonstrated significantly higher overall motor function scores, affected limb function scores, and quality-of-life scores, along with lower postoperative pain levels and complication rates compared to the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Exercise-dominated integrated medical-nursing-rehabilitation care for orthopedic surgery patients can effectively alleviate postoperative pain and promote limb and motor function recovery, demonstrating clinical applicability.
