Application value analysis of puncture map planning nursing in the protection of autologous arteriovenous fistula during hemodialysis
穿刺图谱规划式护理在血液透析自体动静脉内瘘保护中的应用价值分析

摘要

目的 探析穿刺图谱规划式护理在血液透析自体动静脉内瘘保护中的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析2025年1月-2025年12月期间，院内60例接受血液透析患者的病历资料。2025年1月-2025年6月的30例患者接受常规护理，作为对照组。2025年7月-2025年12月的30例患者接受穿刺图谱规划式护理，作为观察组。对比两组一次穿刺成功率及内瘘并发症发生率。结果 观察组一次穿刺成功率高于对照组，内瘘并发症发生率低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 穿刺图谱规划式护理可显著改善患者一次穿刺成功率及内瘘并发症发生率，值得推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application value of puncture map planning nursing in the protection of autologous arteriovenous fistula during hemodialysis.
Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the medical records of 60 patients who underwent hemodialysis in the hospital from January 2025 to December 2025. 30 patients from January 2025 to June 2025 received routine care as the control group. 30 patients from 2025.7-2025.12 received planned nursing care based on puncture maps as the observation group. Compare the success rate of one-time puncture and the incidence of complications of internal fistula between two groups.
Results The success rate of one-time puncture in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of internal fistula complications was lower than that in the control group, P＜0.05.
Conclusion  : Puncture mapping based nursing can significantly improve the success rate of a single puncture and the incidence of complications of internal fistula in patients, and is worthy of promotion and application.
