Application of intelligent behavior management system in surgical room nursing management
智能化行为管理系统在手术室护理管理中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨智能化行为管理系统在手术室护理管理中的应用价值。方法 选取2025年3月-2025年5月我院手术室实施常规管理的55名医护及工勤人员管理为对照组，2025年6月-2025年8月采用智能化行为管理系统的55名医护及工勤人员管理为观察组。对比对照组后手术室护理管理效果，同时记录观察组的医、护、工勤人员对护理管理的满意度。结果 观察组衣柜鞋柜有效使用率、环境整洁度、个人物品保管率均显著优于对照组（P<0.05）；使用智能化行为管理系统后，观察组医、护、工勤人员对护理管理的满意度较高。结论 智能化行为管理系统可提升手术室护理管理质量，规范人员行为，提高资产管理效率与工作环境秩序，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application value of intelligent behavior management system in surgical room nursing management.
Methods 55 medical staff and support staff in the surgical room who were managed under routine management from March 2025 to May 2025 were selected as the control group, and 55 medical staff and support staff who were managed with the intelligent behavior management system from June 2025 to August 2025 were selected as the observation group. The effect of surgical room nursing management after the comparison of the control group was analyzed, and the satisfaction of medical, nursing, and support staff with nursing management in the observation group was recorded.
Results The effective usage rate of ward and locker cabinets, environmental cleanliness, and personal item storage rate in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05); After using the intelligent behavior management system, the satisfaction of medical, nursing, and support staff with nursing management in the observation group was higher.
Conclusion   The intelligent behavior management system can improve the quality of surgical room nursing management, standardize personnel behavior, improve asset management efficiency and work environment order, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
