摘要
目的 分析在老年冠心病并心力衰竭患者中引入双心医学模式护理的实施效果。方法 回顾性选取2025年1月至2025年12月本院收治的70例老年冠心病并心力衰竭患者，根据采取护理模式不同分组，各35例。对照组为常规护理模式，观察组为双心医学模式护理。比较两组的心功能、心理状态及满意度情况。结果 护理后观察组的左心室射血分数（LVEF）及6分钟步行试验（6MWT）均更高（P<0.05）。护理后观察组的汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）及汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分均较低而满意度评分更高（P<0.05）。结论 应用双心医学模式护理能够促进老年冠心病并心力衰竭患者心功能及心理状态的同步改善，提升患者对护理模式的满意度，显示出良好的应用效果。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the implementation effect of introducing psychosomatic cardiology model nursing in elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure. Methods From January 2025 to December 2025, 70 elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure were retrospectively selected and divided into different groups according to the nursing mode, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing mode, while the observation group was given psychosomatic cardiology model. The cardiac function, psychological state and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction (LVEF) and 6‑Minute Walk Test (6MWT) in the observation group were higher after nursing (P<0.05). The Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAMA) and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD) scores of the observation group after nursing were lower, but the satisfaction score was higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of psychosomatic cardiology model nursing can promote the synchronous improvement of cardiac function and psychological state of elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure, enhance patients’ satisfaction with the nursing model, and show good application effect.
