Application of fast track surgery concept in the nursing of limb fractures
快速康复外科理念在四肢骨折护理中的应用

摘要

目的 解析快速康复外科（FTS）模式介入四肢骨折围术期护理的改良效应，旨在为构建精细化护理体系、加速患者术后功能重建提供科学参照。方法 纳入2024年1月-2025年1月收治的80例四肢骨折受试者，采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组40例。对照组行骨科常规围手术期护理，观察组在常规护理基础上叠加快速康复外科理念实施系统化围术期干预，比较两组术后康复相关指标、VAS视觉模拟疼痛评分及护理满意度水平。结果 观察组术后下床活动节点及住院总病程均较对照组显著提前与压缩，术区引流量亦呈明显下调趋势，组间差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；其护理满意程度更高，且术后各观测时相的VAS疼痛评分均显著更低，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 快速康复外科理念应用于四肢骨折护理中，可有效缓解患者术后疼痛，改善不良心理状态，降低并发症风险，加快术后康复进程，缩短住院时间，提升护理服务质量，值得在临床骨科护理中推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the improved effect of fast-track surgery (FTS) in perioperative nursing of limb fractures, so as to provide scientific references for establishing a refined nursing system and accelerating postoperative functional reconstruction in patients.
Methods A total of 80 patients with limb fractures admitted from January 2024 to January 2025 were enrolled and randomly divided into control group and observation group using a random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine orthopedic perioperative nursing, while the observation group was given systematic perioperative intervention based on the concept of fast-track surgery on the basis of routine nursing. Postoperative rehabilitation indicators, VAS visual analogue pain score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
Results The time to postoperative ambulation and total hospital stay in the observation group were significantly earlier and shorter than those in the control group, and the surgical site drainage volume also showed a significant downward trend, with statistically significant differences between groups (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction was higher, and the VAS pain scores at each postoperative observation phase were significantly lower in the observation group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of fast-track surgery concept in the nursing of limb fractures can effectively relieve postoperative pain, improve adverse psychological state, reduce the risk of complications, accelerate postoperative rehabilitation, shorten hospital stay and improve the quality of nursing service, which is worthy of popularization and application in clinical orthopedic nursing.
