摘要
目的 分析脑梗死采取本文研究方法后对肢体运动、肌张力产生的影响。方法 选择2024年1月-2025年12月66例脑梗死患者的病历资料，其中2024年1月-2024年12月33例脑梗死患者实施阶梯性运动康复护理，设定为对照组；2025年1月-2025年12月33例脑梗死患者实施中频电疗仪结合阶梯性运动康复护理，设定为观察组。对比两组肢体运动功能、肌张力分级、神经功能、日常生活能力、生活质量。结果 观察组护理后Fugl‑ Meyer 运动功能评定量表（FMA）评分、肌张力分级情况、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表（NIHSS）评分、巴塞尔指数（BI）评分、健康调查简表（SF‑ 36）评分均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 中频电疗仪结合阶梯性运动康复护理对脑梗死患者肢体运动功能及肌张力分级的影响较大，可提高肢体运动功能，改善肌张力状态，改善神经功能，提高日常生活能力和生活质量，值得采纳。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effects of cerebral infarction on limb movement and muscle tone after adopting the research method described in this article. Methods Medical records of 66 patients with cerebral infarction from January 2024 to December 2025 were selected. Among them, 33 patients with cerebral infarction from January 2024 to December 2024 received stepwise exercise rehabilitation nursing and were set as the control group; From January 2025 to December 2025, 33 patients with cerebral infarction were treated with intermediate frequency electrotherapy combined with stepwise exercise rehabilitation nursing, and were set as the observation group. Compare the limb movement function, muscle tone grading, neurological function, daily living ability, and quality of life between two groups. Results The Fugl Meyer Motor Function Assessment (FMA) score, muscle tone grading, National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score, Basel Index (BI) score, and Health Survey Brief (SF-36) score of the observation group after nursing were all better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of intermediate frequency electrotherapy and stepwise exercise rehabilitation nursing has a significant impact on the limb motor function and muscle tone grading of patients with cerebral infarction. It can improve limb motor function, muscle tone status, nerve function, daily living ability and quality of life, and is worth adopting.
