摘要
目的 探讨老年综合评估的结构化护理方案在老年跌倒风险患者中的临床应用价值，为临床跌倒防控提供优化方案。方法 收集2025年2月-2025年12月本院老年病科收治的70例老年跌倒风险患者，随机分配至实施跌倒预防常规护理的对照组（35例）与实施基于老年综合评估的结构化护理方案的干预组（35例），对比不同组别患者跌倒事件发生率及跌倒预防效能。结果 干预组跌倒发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。干预组跌倒预防效能量表知识、态度、行为维度评分均显著高于对照组（P均＜0.05）。干预组护理满意度显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 老年综合评估的结构化护理方案可有效降低老年跌倒风险患者的跌倒发生率，提升跌倒预防能力，适合推广应用。

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical application value of the structured nursing plan of comprehensive geriatric assessment in elderly patients with fall risk, and to provide an optimized plan for clinical fall prevention. Methods The data of 70 elderly patients with fall risk admitted to the geriatric department of our hospital from February 2025 to December 2025 were collected. They were randomly assigned to the control group (35 cases) who received routine fall prevention care and the intervention group (35 cases) who received the structured nursing plan based on comprehensive geriatric assessment. The incidence of fall events and the efficacy of fall prevention were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of falls in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The scores of knowledge, attitude and behavior dimensions of the fall prevention efficacy scale in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group (all P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The structured nursing plan of comprehensive geriatric assessment can effectively reduce the incidence of falls in elderly patients with fall risk, improve the fall prevention ability, and is suitable for wide application.
