摘要
目的 探究全流程病例实训教学应用于伤口造口专科护士规范化培训中的实际效果。方法 选取某三甲医院参与伤口造口专科培训的40名护士作为研究对象，随机分为对照组与观察组，各20名。对照组采用1个月集中理论案例授课+1个月临床轮转实践。观察组实施分阶段递进式全流程病例实训教学，培训周期与对照组一致。结果 观察组理论成绩、实操成绩、病例分析得分、培训满意度、临床独立上岗达标率均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 全流程病例实训教学贴合临床真实工作场景，能够锻炼护士综合临床思维，提升创面综合处置能力，培训效果优于传统模式，适合各级医院伤口造口专科护士规范化培训推广。

Abstract
Objective To explore the practical effect of full-process case training in standardized training for wound and stoma specialist nurses. Methods Forty nurses receiving specialized training in wound and stoma care from a tertiary hospital were equally randomized into control group and observation group (20 cases each). The control group received one-month theoretical teaching plus one-month clinical rotation, while the observation group adopted phased progressive full-process case training with the same training cycle. Results The observation group achieved higher scores in theoretical test, practical operation and case analysis, as well as higher training satisfaction and independent clinical competency rate (P＜0.05). Conclusion Full-process case training fits real clinical scenarios, improves nurses’ comprehensive clinical thinking and wound management capacity. It outperforms traditional training modes and is worthy of wide application in standardized training of wound and stoma specialist nurses at all levels of hospitals.
