摘要
老年气虚便秘为临床常见本虚标实型中医病证，以气虚为本、肠燥为标，该病病程迁延、反复发作，严重降低老年患者生活质量。本文系统梳理本病中医证候特点，阐释健脾润肠治法的核心要义，总结健脾润肠方联合中药穴位贴敷、耳穴压豆、火龙罐等中医适宜技术的临床护理应用、干预效果与研究进展，评析其单方运用、联合中医适宜技术及康复护理的临床效果，旨在为该方的临床规范化推广及深层次机制研究提供理论参考。

Abstract
Qi deficiency and constipation in the elderly are common traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndromes characterized by both deficiency and excess in the body, with Qi deficiency as the foundation and intestinal dryness as the standard. The disease has a prolonged and recurrent course, seriously reducing the quality of life of elderly patients.This article systematically reviews the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndromes in this disease, explains the core essence of the treatment method of strengthening the spleen and moistening the intestines, summarizes the clinical nursing application, intervention effects, and research progress of TCM suitable techniques such as Jianpi Runchang Formula combined with TCM acupoint application, ear acupoint pressing, and Huolong jar, and evaluates the clinical effects of its unilateral application, combined with TCM suitable techniques, and rehabilitation nursing. The aim is to provide theoretical reference for the standardized promotion and deep mechanism research of this formula in clinical practice.
