T管引流精细化交接班清单联合胆汁性状趋势预警在胆道术后患者早期异常识别中的应用效果

摘要

目的 分析T型引流管（简称T管）引流精细化交接班清单联合胆汁性状趋势预警在胆道术后患者早期异常识别中的应用效果。方法 本次研究对象纳入本科2024年1月-2025年12月收治的胆道手术治疗患者68例，以随机数字表法分为常规组和实验组，每组34例。其中常规组采取常规干预，实验组采取T管引流精细化交接班清单联合胆汁性状趋势预警。对两组早期异常识别准确率、术后并发症发生率进行比较。结果 与常规组相比，实验组早期异常识别准确率显著升高，术后并发症发生率显著降低。结论 T管引流精细化交接班清单联合胆汁性状趋势预警能够有效提升胆道术后患者早期异常识别准确率，减少并发症发生，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the application effect of the refined T-drainage shift handover checklist combined with bile property trend early warning in identifying early abnormalities in patients after biliary surgery.
Methods This study enrolled 68 patients undergoing biliary surgery from January 2024 to December 2025 at our hospital, randomly divided into a conventional group and an experimental group (n=34 each). The conventional group received standard interventions, while the experimental group received the refined T-drainage shift handover checklist combined with bile property trend early warning. The accuracy of early abnormality identification and postoperative complication rates were compared between the two groups.
Results Compared with the conventional group, the experimental group demonstrated significantly higher accuracy in identifying early abnormalities and significantly lower postoperative complication rates.
Conclusion   The refined T-drainage shift handover checklist combined with bile property trend early warning effectively improves the accuracy of early abnormality identification in post-biliary surgery patients and reduces complication incidence, making it worthy of clinical promotion and application.
