摘要
目的 探究以人文关怀理念为指导的综合护理用于肝胆结石手术患者的临床效果，优化围手术期护理方案。方法 选取我院2023年2月-2024年2月收治80例肝胆结石手术患者，随机分为对照组、观察组各40例，对照组行常规外科护理，观察组实施人文关怀综合护理，对比两组干预后心理状态、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果 观察组干预后焦虑、抑郁自评量表（SAS、SDS）评分均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组肝胆结石术后并发症总发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对肝胆结石手术患者开展人文关怀综合护理，可缓解负性情绪、减轻应激反应、加速术后康复、降低并发症风险，提升护理质量，值得临床推广。

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing guided by the humanistic care concept in patients undergoing hepatobiliary stone surgery, and to optimize the perioperative nursing plan. Methods A total of 80 patients undergoing hepatobiliary stone surgery admitted to our hospital from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine surgical nursing, while the observation group received comprehensive nursing with humanistic care. The post-intervention psychological status, complication rate, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Self-Rating Depression Scale (SAS, SDS) scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications of hepatobiliary stones in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P＜0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P＜0.05). Conclusion Implementing comprehensive nursing with humanistic care for patients undergoing hepatobiliary stone surgery can alleviate negative emotions, reduce stress responses, accelerate postoperative recovery, lower the risk of complications, and improve nursing quality, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
