Evaluation of the effectiveness of artificial airway bundle nursing in EICU patients with severe traumatic brain injury
EICU重症颅脑损伤患者实施人工气道集束化护理的效果评价

摘要

目的 探究急诊重症监护室（EICU）重症颅脑损伤患者实施人工气道集束化护理的临床效果。方法选取2024年3月-2025年3月本院EICU收治的60例重症颅脑损伤并行人工气道建立的患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组30例。对照组实施人工气道常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上实施人工气道集束化护理。比较两组并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果 观察组并发症总发生率显著低于对照组；与对照组相比，观察组护理满意度更高（P＜0.05）。结论 EICU重症颅脑损伤患者实施人工气道集束化护理，降低并发症发生风险，提升护理满意度，临床应用价值较高。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical effect of artificial airway bundle nursing in patients with severe traumatic brain injury in the emergency intensive care unit (EICU).
Methods Sixty patients with severe traumatic brain injury and artificial airway establishment admitted to EICU of our hospital from March 2024 to March 2025 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. The control group received routine artificial airway care, while the observation group received artificial airway bundle care on the basis of routine care. Compare the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction between two groups.
Results The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group; Compared with the control group, the observation group had higher nursing satisfaction (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of artificial airway bundle nursing in EICU patients with severe traumatic brain injury can reduce the risk of complications, improve nursing satisfaction, and has high clinical application value.
