摘要
血管通路是血液净化治疗的生命线，其通畅性与安全性直接影响治疗效果和患者生活质量。科学的护理实践是预防血管通路并发症、延长通路使用寿命的关键，结合临床护理体会优化维护模式，能更好地满足患者护理需求。本文立足血液净化临床护理实际，梳理血管通路护理的基础认知，明确不同类型血管通路的护理实践要点，总结护理过程中的核心体会，提出护理质量提升方向，为临床血管通路维护护理提供参考。

Abstract
The vascular access is the lifeline of blood purification treatment. Its patency and safety directly affect the treatment outcome and the quality of life of patients. Scientific nursing practice is the key to preventing vascular access complications and prolonging the service life of the access. Optimizing the maintenance mode based on clinical nursing experience can better meet the nursing needs of patients. This article is based on the actual clinical nursing of blood purification, summarizes the basic understanding of vascular access nursing, clarifies the key points of nursing practice for different types of vascular accesses, summarizes the core experiences in the nursing process, proposes the direction for improving nursing quality, and provides a reference for clinical vascular access maintenance nursing.
