Impact of community comprehensive nursing intervention on the compliance of infant and toddler planned immunization
社区综合护理干预对婴幼儿计划免疫接种依从性的影响

目的 探讨社区综合护理干预对婴幼儿计划免疫接种依从性的影响。方法 选取在本社区建立预防接种档案的100例婴幼儿作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组50例。对照组接受常规预防接种管理，观察组在对照组基础上实施社区综合护理干预，比较两组干预效果。结果 观察组按时接种率为92.00%（46/50），全程接种完成率为96.00%（48/50），高于对照组的74.00%（37/50）、80.00%（40/50）（P<0.05）。观察组接种延迟发生率为14.00%（7/50），低于对照组的34.00%（17/50）（P<0.05）。观察组家长预防接种知识知晓率为94.00%（47/50），高于对照组的78.00%（39/50）（P<0.05）。结论 社区综合护理干预能够显著提高婴幼儿计划免疫接种的依从性，降低接种延迟率，提升家长相关知识水平。

Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of community comprehensive nursing intervention on the compliance of infants and toddlers with planned immunization.
Methods 100 infants and toddlers who established vaccination files in this community were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine vaccination management, while the observation group implemented community comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.
Results The on-time vaccination rate of the observation group was 92.00% (46/50), and the full vaccination completion rate was 96.00% (48/50), which were higher than 74.00% (37/50) and 80.00% (40/50) of the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of vaccination delay in the observation group was 14.00% (7/50), which was lower than 34.00% (17/50) of the control group (P < 0.05). The awareness rate of vaccination knowledge among parents in the observation group was 94.00% (47/50), which was higher than 78.00% (39/50) of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Community comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the compliance of infants and toddlers with planned immunization, reduce the incidence of vaccination delay, and enhance the knowledge level of parents.
